Empire In Decline is band out of Northeast PA, featuring 3 former members of NEPA’s favorite local/cover band Plus 3. After 10 years of hard working and 2 released albums, bassist Ron Scavone, drummer Rick Carr and guitarist and vocalist Michael Evans, started to create something new.
“The Rhythm Of Regret” is actual album with 10 tracks in. A group has offered their own views of melodic rock and power pop options. Its music is also taken something from the 60’s and 70’s views as well, even if we speak about rock, as same as power pop presented traces. Strong melodic lines also characterize songs from the album, and in some aspects its material knows to remind on some past periods, mentioned 60-s and 70’s era.

Iz Northeast PA dolazi trio Empire In Decline, čija kompletna postava je nekada zajedno delovala kroz bend Plus 3. Nakon desetogodišnje karijere i dva snimljena albuma, basista Ron Scavone, bubnjar Rick Carr i gitarista/pevač Michel Evans, kreću u novu avanturu.
“The Rhythm Of Regret” je njihov aktuelni debi, na kojem se našlo 10 songova. Autorski i izvođački su ponudili neko svoje viđenje 
melodic rock i power pop kombinacije, koja je začinjena uticajima proizašlih iz 60-tih i 70-tih godina. Snažne melodijske linije su takođe očigledne u njihovim pesmama, i jedan sentimentalan upliv pomenutih 60-tih i 70-tih je itekako vidljiv kroz ovde prisutan repertoar.
