“Big Red Gibson”, is the current release of Jim Patton & Sherry Brokus, which after the American premiere, received also a European presentation. It is also their seventh release for the Houston label, released in 14 years.

As things stand and rumors tell us, the actual album “Big Red Gibson” has already received respectable recognition from the public and critics. With the strong support of the backing band, and especially Ron Flynt, who in addition to his multi-layered playing role, also did an excellent production job, Patton and Brokus sent us 11 powerful and emotional songs, done in Americana/folk rock manner. Mostly done in a medium-tempo manner, with occasionally more “inserted” rockier elements, the songs have a lyrical dimension and refined musicianship of all participants in the realization of the material.
