SISTER SPEAK – „Coming Home ep“

During August 2025, a new EP featuring 5 songs by Sherri Ann Nyberg, also artistically known as Sister Speak, was released. This artist has had a continuous career for just over a decade, with frequent travels, and the population that follows the happenings around the roots music scene is well acquainted with her work and approach during this period.

We can find here and there an intimate material, mostly done in a full acoustic mood, with a gentle lyrical approach and the same instrumental „communicative“ way. Her short poems are concise and creatively original in their own way, with the tone of voice especially standing out. One song is a little different than others, and that is a „spiritual“ gem of 1 minute and 20 seconds, entitled „Oh, Sunshine“. This is a listenable and intimate release, which will certainly affect your mood while you listen to it.
