Bill Baker is a singer/songwriter, guitarist, who is mainly active around the Washington DC area, and generally in the USA. With his backing band, he released an album featuring 8 songs, many of which were done earlier.
The album as a whole, represents a mix of styles ranging from Americana and folk, to blues and general roots tendencies. The songs are arranged in a way that they differ in terms of interpretation, musicianship, and the mentioned stylistic forms. Some tracks have a more „upbeat“ feel, while others are more serious in their approach, but it’s clear that the band performing the material is tight and well-rehearsed.
Overall, a positive, yet not overly „demanding“ atmosphere runs through the music on the release, which, although not technically ambitious, is executed with good taste and relevant standardization.
I would highlight two tracks as musically more interesting, and they are: „Going To Louisiana“ and „If It Wasn’t For Love“.

Album u celini predstavlja kombinaciju više formi od Americane i folka, preko bluesa i generalno roots tendencija. I pesme su postavljene tako da se razlikuju kako po načinu interpretacije, muziciranja, pomenutim stilskim formama. Neke od numera imaju izraženiju „vedriju“ boju, druge su po pristupu svirački ozbiljnije, pri čemu je jasno da sastav koji izvodi materijal je usviran i uigran.Generalno, jedna pozitivna, ali isto tako ne toliko „obavezujuća“ atmosfera je prisutna kroz muziku sa izdanja, koji iako tehnički nepretenciozan, je realizovan sa dobrim ukusom i relevantnom standardizacijom.
Izdvojio bih dve numere, kao muzički intersantnije, a to su : „Going To Luisiana“ i „If It Wasn’t For Love“.
