The Great Undoing is the brainchild of bassist and singer/songwriter Seth Goodman. This is his fifth album, which he made after a recording hiatus of almost 6 years, and on the album he collaborated with ten musicians.
With considerable previous experience and sufficiently deep and complex albums that he has created, he started working on a new project, which, according to some analysts, is in certain segments slightly different from the others. But, in general, it does not necessarily have to be that way in its entirety.
Thus, through his creative and authorial „depth,“ melody that comes from another layer, Seth, together with his collaborators, delivers a portion of diverse songs, interweaving rock, pop-rock, progressive-pop pastiche, and certain „“reflections“ mostly deriving from the 1980s. The material possesses a uniform atmosphere and a similar psychology, once again emphasizing the author’s rich experience. It is a convincing work, which may not grab you on „first listen,“ but gradually wins you over.

Sa velikim pređašnjim iskustvom i dovoljno dubokim i složenim albumima koje je realizovao, krenuo je sa realizacijom novog ostvarenja, koje kako kažu neki od analitičara, je u određenim segmentima malo drugačiji od ostalih.

Tako da kroz svoju kreativnu i autorsku „dubinu“, melodičnost koja dolazi iz drugog plana, Seth sa saradnicima isporučuje porciju raznolikh pesama, kroz koje se prepliću rock, pop-rock, progressive – pop pastiche i određeni „odsjaji“ pridošli ponajviše iz 80-tih godina.Materijal poseduje ujednačenu atmosferičnost i sličnu psihologiju, naglašavajući još jednom bogato autorovo iskustvo. Reč je o ubedljivom ostvarenju, koje možda na ulazi na „prvo slušanje“, ali postepeno vas osvaja.
