„God’s Final Breath“, together with the album „Ritual“ is another release of the Wieloryb project, whose very beginnings of activity date back to 1994. On the album, which was first realized only in digital form, there are 12 tracks, which are also available in CD format.
The prepared material is characterized as is traditional, by an experimental approach, through which various influences and creative ventures emerge. A barrage of diverse rhythms, in which electronic/noise/industrial tendencies intertwine, creates a hypnotic and „loud“ atmosphere for the content of the established themes. I must admit that at times, the content of the arrangement segments reminded me of early works by Slovenian acts such as Borghesia and Laibach, although the concepts of these performers and Wieloryb, generally do not share many common or connecting elements.
This is also one of those releases for which it is difficult to determine a temporal setting, as the contemporary moment is almost as present, as the influences from past decades.
„God’s Final Breath“, je zajedno sa albumom „Ritual“ još jedno od izdanja projekta Wieloryb, čiji počeci delovanja datiraju od 1994-e godine. Na izdanju, koje je prvo realizovano samo u digitalnoj formi, našlo se 12 numera, koje je dostupno i u formatu CD-a.
Priređeni materijal karakteriše kao i po tradiciji eksperimentalni pristup, kroz kojeg se prolamaju razno-razni uticaji i keativni iskoraci. Kanonada raznovrsnih ritmova kroz koje se prepliću electronic/noise/industrial tendencije, hipnotički i „glasno“ kreiraju ulogu postavljenih tema. Moram priznati da me je na momente sadržaj aranžmanskih segmenata podsetio na rane radove slovenačkih aktera kao što su Borghesia i Laibach, mada koncept ovih izvođača sa Wielorybom, uglavnom nema baš mnogo zajedničkih i povezujućih elemenata.
Ovo je takođe jedno od onih izdanja kojima je teško odrediti vremensku postavku, jer savremeni trenutak je gotovo jednako prisutan kao i uticaji iz prošlih dekada.
