He is also well known for his work with Vidna Obmana, and the „Zonal Disturbances“ series consists of a five release project.
„Zonal Disturbances III“ is an album made up of four tracks and a sonic concept that merges a heavy, abrasive atmosphere where ambient and experimental elements meet drone and subtly embedded industrial textures. The sound unfolds slowly, with layers of noise and effects constantly shifting. There is no conventional performative balance, yet the concept and the substance of the material remain compact and intriguing.
The guitar effects are performed in a highly minimalistic manner, but each of the longer compositions contains frequent change, seemingly small, yet clearly defined shifts in the atmospheric structure itself. To the listener, it may initially appear somewhat one directional, but it is in fact meticulously crafted and sophisticatedly arranged.
„Zonal Disturbances III“ is not confined to a specific temporal space; rather, the sound itself brings together elements that can evoke unusual imagery in the listener, spark intriguing dreams, and stir a wide range of emotions.
