Mr.Nelson Wright is a singer/songwriter who has a new album called „Ghosts On The Water“. He is a storyteller, and his songs possess a clear structure and narrative approach. His previous album is called „Orphans & Relics“, and was released in 2014.

With little more than 30 minutes of music , and with several collaborators on albums , and 3 producers, this Seattle based songwriter has created 9 songs, mostly in Americana/folk/country approach, and it’s important to say that songs are mainly different among them, and different arrangement collide between presented materials. Mr. Wright isn’t a singer with convincing voice, but his way of singing has a „calming“ color, which relaxes the listener and makes him „connect“ more with the songs themselves.

Most of the material is done in a slower mid-tempo, where different colors of instrumental passages characterize each song separately.
„Ghost On The Water“ is one of the albums which in a typical author’s way, combine the older and newer school of this expressive approach.
